Anna Kocis
GoalerOne is proud to introduce
Anna as our professional fitness consultant specializing in Youth/Teen - Female fitness
programs.
Anna has a B.A. in Kinesiology and Health
Sciences from York University and is a Personal Fitness Trainer and Fitness Consultant.
Anna is a WNSO competitor and recently finished in 4th Place in her category
at the 2004 FAME competition.
Coming on December 6th, look for the first of several
training videos featuring Anna Kocis. These exciting training videos and DVD's will
be available exclusively at Goaler One Athletics and participating dealers.
